that’s– that’s a kotatsu.
‘ well - last year, i drank an entire bottle of champagne on new year’s and – ‘

‘ no. you know what? i’m not telling this story. it’s embarrassing. ‘

well hey man that’s real sweet of you to say so! i miss being here too. i pop in every so often, but i’m dealing with some serious health issues atm, so i don’t have as much free time on my hands as i would like
i might be back at some point, given my body doesn’t decide to give up on me. don’t quote me on that though i am mysterious and will only appear when the planets align correctly

well considering i literally just jumped ship on my ino blog i hardly think suddenly popping up again somewhere else would be appropriate
but given that this blog has always been mostly crack-based and pretty much stress-free i’ll consider it
maybe
you didn’t see me i’m not here

i definitely do!! (thanks for asking i really need to develop izumo more oop)
he grew up in a relatively normal family. he was an only kid, his dad worked as a medic, and his mom was a tokubetsu jonin. shortly after izumo graduated to chunin, his father passed away, and his mother retired to civilian life. izumo still keeps in touch with her. (he’s totally a momma’s boy lbr)
izumo didn’t really have a lot of friends as a kid, but he didn’t really want any, so he was okay with it. it wasn’t until he met kotetsu that he really had a real friend. he was pretty average all around: he got good grades, listened to his parents, reached chunin on his second try. he was a good kid.

“Well…” There are a lot of things he could say here, really, but sappiness is not his forte. “…I like everything about him.”
